I don't know what this is, exactly, but I highly recommend that you watch it.

The Cosby Bebop!

It's catchy and weird, which makes it a hit!

On another note, how do you catch a pedophile in the act?

Well, you set him up using a decoy. It's pretty standard practice for the FBI and similar law enforcement agencies, but we get to see the results when Dateline busts a pervert in the act.

you're all silly xP

cowboy bebop is a japanese animation (hence the japanese writing at the end)

the brass instruments and that are all from the original theme song of COWBOY bebop (not cosby)

how everything is done like cut-out silhouettes is just like how the opening theme for cowboy bebop is
