Determining if a driver is drunk is a tricky tightrope act for police officers all over the world. After all, people act differently when drunk, and some people hide it better than others.

That's why the police have all these tools and tests. Walking a line, touching your nose, and of course, the infamous breathalyzer. Breathe into it, they say, and your blood alcohol level is determined in seconds. Shit....

Chronic drunks are always coming up with old man's tales to beat the tests, though. Eat breath mints, or suck on a penny, and the breathalyzer will be rendered inaccurate.

In this case, though, I'm pretty sure that the tests weren't necessary.
