A look at Hugh Jackman in Wolverine
December 16th 2008 11:02
Here's a screenshot preview of Hugh Jackman in the film adaptation of "The Boy from Oz", along with some film preview trailer goodness:
Yes, that's Jackman in the video, playing "The Boy from Oz", but, no, that's not the new Wolverine movie. I know all you action movie fans will feel defiled after seeing that clip of a musical, but I've heard it's an excellent show, and it says something about Jackman's willingness to sing and dance, something he was uncomfortable with as a young man.
Still, the photos from the new "Wolverine" movie are up on Slashfilm, and you can check out a few more here.
They filmed part of the movie in Sydney, in Jubilee Park, at the tip of Glebe Point Road. They had set up a carnival, and I walked by it in the mornings, wondering what kind of circus movie they would film - apparently, it's going to be part of the "Wolverine" flick, presumably when Wolvie shreds a Ferris Wheel in excitement.
